How Can severe Headache Along With Fatigue Be Treated?
Hi Dr. I am on Topamax, Neurontin, and Flexeril as treatment for Fibromyalgia, Bursitis, and Migraines. I am 57, and female. I often experience fatigue, some dizziness, and weight loss/weight gain (depends on which drug and dosage). I hate having to take any of this but the alternative is worse. I appreciate your opinion.
All your symptoms are stress and anxiety related.
So unless and until we treat stress and anxiety your symptoms won't subside. So better to consult a psychiatrist and get done counselling sessions.
Try to identify stress in your life and start working on its solution.
You may need Anxiolytic drugs (Propranolol and Flunarizine combination) to. Don't worry, you will be alright with all these. Avoid stress and tension, be relaxed and calm.
Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Kaushal Bhavsar,
Pulmonologist
